Session 1: Capacity Mapping: Understanding Self & Other
Capacity Mapping charts the human side of innovation. In Part 1, we map ourselves — who we are, what drives us, and what holds us back. In Part 2, we map others — the people we work with, their behaviors, and the dynamics that make organizations thrive or stall. Together, these maps guide us toward building stronger, more innovative teams and systems.
Session 2: The Four Pillars of Innovation Ecosystems
Innovation doesn’t happen in a vacuum — it rests on interconnected pillars. We’ll explore the foundations of the ecosystem: knowledge & ideas, entrepreneurs & industry, capital providers, and government & policy. Each has its institutions, but it is people who bring them to life. By understanding these pillars and their interactions, we gain a roadmap to navigate the system, align efforts, and turn ideas into impact.

Session 3: Clinical Gap Discovery & Solution Design
Innovation begins with real needs. First, we focus on clinical gap discovery — identifying unmet needs where current practice falls short. Then we move to solution ideation — exploring creative ways to address those gaps. Together, these steps form the pathway from insight to impact.
Session 4: The Buy-In Blueprint & Strategic Essentials
Innovation requires both influence and strategy. In Part A, The Buy-In Blueprint, we cover the essentials of communication, negotiation, and marketing — the skills that help ideas gain traction. In Part B, we broaden the lens to strategy: how to make the right choices, align resources, and chart the path from vision to sustained impact.
